Disappointing Experience

onMy car sat in the shop for four days before diagnostic bc there are only two technicians that work on electric BMWs. I was charged $150 for their assessment that my i3 needed a new 12 volt battery. Then they wanted $750 to replace it. I found an OEM battery for $150 online and had my car towed back home to fix it myself. Unreasonable prices for a simple job. Receptionist at desk was friendly and courteous.
