Dealership Service Review
Took my Mazda in for general maintenance and was not impressed by the customer service. I was instructed that the service representative would call when car was done, nothing. Waited in the seating area for a car that was done. The maintenance included tire rotation but the alignment is now off and I have to go to another dealership to get the job completed. When I checked out the Mazda service center the representative was unable to walk me through the bill. She did not understand the maintenance done on the vehicle. I am new to Austin and will not go back to this dealership. I have been a Mazda owner for over ten years and I am appalled by the lack of knowledge and professionalism in this service department.
