Great service and even greater ownership

I was in last week for an oil change, and there was a little issue with the shuttle leaving me behind. I made the issue known with the service guy and he immediately remedied the problem. I enjoy my hour there, it gives me time for coffee, a pastry, and to read and actual hard copy of the American Statesman. :)
