A little bit of work ethics and equal concern for every client in shop, will really put that department on the top. Took my vehicle for an oil change at 0800hrs and took them over 4hrs to complete the job. On the other hand other clients came long way after and job was.done in a timely manner. Service deparment Supervisor never answers calls, or really care to much, maybe because the volume of clients, but i belive every costumer should be threatened the same way and put the same importance regarding how small or big is the issue.
