Service manager Jonathan met with me when I brought in my Jeep, explained what service I needed and offered me a loan car. When the issues were diagnosed, he told me how long the repairs would take, what was covered by extended warranty, and approximately what my out of pocket expenses would be. When service was completed, he went over my invoice with me.
