Much improved visit over last couple

Jonathan was good about keeping me in the loop on the extended time needed to look at the car. Gave me a rental after expected time was exceeded. I didn't get a rental last time and you guys had my car almost a week for the same issue (warranty issues). Also, Jonathan finally fixed an issue reported almost 3 years ago (trim piece needed to be replaced).
