Service for my 2013 Challenger

Chris in the service department went above and beyond to try and help me with my tire warranty. It's unfortunate that EFG took it upon themselves to subjectively deny my warranty claim, but Chris did everything he could to reason with them and didn't charge me for extras that were included assuming the warranty coverage was picked up. That was not only the right thing to do, but very honest as well. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation initially and will continue to do so even though I live in South Austin. It's an inconvenient drive, but I know I'm always taken care of, so it's 100% worth it for me.
