When is an appointment NOT an appointment?

onMade an appointment using their on-line system. Received a confirmation e-mail. When I arrived (as scheduled)... no Appointment. They did the oil change anyway... took 3 hours! Sent an email to the service line manager... no response. Sent an email complaining about no response to the service center manager. no response. Sent an email to the General Manager, he sent back "Sorry". Hope you'll come back again soon. Not happening. Henna's commitment to customer satisfaction and service is simply appalling.
