Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I tried calling in several time to get a new set of tires for my TRX. When calling in all I get is a robot asking me if I want to make an appointment. Then when I say no it asked if I wanted an update. Again I said no. I tried pressing "0" to talk to a real person. Well all I got was the repeated loop of the 2 questions. No help at all. All I'm trying to do is see when they can install the tires they already have in stock. This is ridiculous and now I'll be going to Discount tire. They actually have a live person answer the phone. Once they answer the phone I get the answers right away. I called into this dealer and tried talking to the GM calling their sales line. Again, I was put on hold to a ringing line that's never answered. When I called back I was given attitude by the person that answered the sales line. Due to these and previous dealings with this dealer I will not be going back. When I bought my truck they sold me a warranty I could have gotten by answering a spam call and not a Mopar one. Spent 100k to be treated like this!
