onFrom my first call to the dealership to discuss addressing what I was led to believe was a warranty item by my mechanic until the day my car was delivered back to me, my service associate, Peggy, communicated well with me, and helped me with determining the best course of action for my vehicle. She was kind, patient, considerate, well informed, and had a very professional demeanor. She was a pleasure to work with, and provided excellent service.
