Dealership Service Review
I arrived with a scheduled appointment to address recalls for my 2021 Lariat F150. After entering the service desk area, there were 6 service Reps (without customers), staring at their computer monitors. After nearly 3 minutes, 'Rep Amber' finally greeted me. She informed me that I needed to leave my vehicle for the day and I was offered a Lyft ride home and back to the dealership after the recall work was completed. Once I returned to pickup my vehicle, Rep Amber informed me that they had to 'special order' the windshield wiper motor parts and that once the parts arrived I'd have to leave my Lariat all day again for the work to be completed. However, the seatbelt recall work was completed as promised. For the record, My service experiences with Planet Ford (Park-Cities), and Mac Haik Ford are supreme compared to my experiences with AutoNation Ford Arlington thus far. To sum things up, there IS ample room for improvement for AutoNation Ford's Service Department. Respectfully, I hope this review helps.
