onOnly had 2 service issues that needed to be addressed; oil change and missing oil pan skid plate. I was told that the skid plate was not covered under warranty, but they would provide me the price to purchase a new one. No one provided me the price for this part and it took a long time to complete the oil change. Checkout was also long as the service tech was taken other calls and talking to other service techs and also seemed to have difficulties using my Ford Pass points to pay for the oil change.
