Dealership Service Review
I give my service experience a one star rating. This is the first time i was compelled to write to a review. Long story short, I took my Escape for routine oil change and tire rotation in May. I was told the tire rotation could not be done because the lug nuts were swollen and they could not be replaced with Ford parts because the same thing would happen. I was then asked by Joshua, my Service Advisor, to go purchase new lug nuts at an automotive store and bring them back to the dealership. I didn't understand why I responsible for defective Ford parts. I then declined the tire rotation. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, it had not been washed. When I asked Joshua about that, he asked "Oh, did you want your car washed?" Needless to say my overall experience was not what I expected.
