Battery Experience
Written by 04/05/2021
onToo my car after experiencing starting issues. No one from service came out to the car as in the past. No signs posted that this is me procedure due to COVID. No one acknowledged me when I stepped in. I approached Joshua and explained my situation. Turns out I had a bad cell in my battery. Quoted $180 at a 40 month replacement plan or $230 for lifetime. This is a 2015 Ford Escape. Service was pretty fast. Joshua was efficient. Just can’t believe the cost at dealerships these days and the decline of customer service.
