Not Interested in Doing Warranty Work

onI would like to offer feedback on the quality of repair from AutoNation, but they chose not to work on my car under warranty. I have a Ford Protect car warranty that clearly covered the needed work and yet AutoNation claimed it did not. I took the car to another Ford repair facility and they completed the $1,800 repair under warranty. I asked for AutoNation to call me concerning this issue and never received a reply except on Messenger which always said "Have a nice Day"
