AutoNation Ford Arlington

It took a very long time to come to a deal. I sat there for 4 to 5 hours negotiating price on my trade-in which they said was worth nothing and then I check it the next day and they’ve posted it for 3000 more than they gave me. I was also told that I couldn’t get the rebates that were listed because you could only have certain rebates and you couldn’t have them all. There was nowhere on the site or anywhere else saying you cant get rebates that you qualified for or that there was a limit. I was told they would give me my rebates and then when I went back to sign as when they said I could receive these and not these after I sat there for four hours. When I would ask questions for clarification I felt like I was going in circles never getting a straight answer
