Dealership Service Review
It was a terrible experience and don't trust Crest Honda one bit. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation - made an appt for 7am and was there by 6:45am. There was a recall I asked them to take care of as well and they knew I was waiting for my car. No one told me the recall takes 3 hours, so about 1.5 hours in, when others in the waiting room who came after me were being called I asked about my car. They handled it well and they service manger comped my oil change and tire rotation for the inconvenience, which I thought was very nice. UNTIL...I realized they never changed my oil or rotated my tires. That evening I realized my oil life was still 30%. I checked the condition of the oil and it was FILTHY - there was no way they changed it. I called the next morning and they had me come back. I asked if I would have to wait and the guy told me no, he'd get me right in. I got there and they told me it was a 2 hour wait. I told them I wasn't waiting. I was going to leave, then the service manager got me in. They showed me the clean oil and when I saw it I was 100% sure that they hadn't changed my oil originally. And for the manager to act like he was doing me a favor by comping my oil change and tire rotation, that's really telling. I don't know if they were trying to see what they could get by with, but I can tell you I won't be back. I don't trust them at all and wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my vehicle into their care. I love Honda cars, and they're all I've bought in the past, but if I see treatment like this at their dealerships going forward I'll be looking to change.
