I came in originally looking for an HR-V, but due to inventory delays at a couple of dealerships, I ended up at this location and I’m so glad I did. Terrance helped me out and was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Although the HR-Vs weren’t available, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and introduced me to the CR-V Hybrid. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine knowledge and a confidence in the vehicle that made it an easy decision for me.
