I went in for my appointment which is easy and convenient to set with their online scheduler. There’s usually appointments the next day after you find an issue with your vehicle. My appointment Advisor has been Pam Littlefield for the past couple of years I’ve been going there and she has been wonderful! Always friendly, greets you with a smile, and gives you intentional attention even when they’re clearly busy and the day is hectic. I’d recommend her help with service to anyone! From simple oil changes to extended work on my car, they always do good work and are very transparent about pricing and how long the service will take. When you wait there, Pam updates you face-to-face. If I ever had technical questions, the technician will come out and explain what they did and answer my questions. They’ve been friendly and so knowledgeable in my experience! Anyway, my car started as a lease and so I kept up with my service here, but now that I own it, Pam and her team have left a good impression on me, so I will continue to trust them with my service needs going forward.
