Repaired Massive Failure in One Day

My Accord's alternator failed, leaving my family stranded in the middle of the road. I got it towed to AutoNation Honda Covington Pike, where I get routine maintenance done. I was able to get a 7 a.m. appointment online and made sure the car was there and waiting. The service staff - specifically Terrell Wilkerson - made sure to get my car in, have it thoroughly inspected and called to explain the issues. He had a master Honda mechanic address the problems, and I was back on the road within 24 hours of the breakdown. It wasn't cheap, but it was fixed correctly for my aging car. I would never trust another mechanic to do this type of work. These are great people who enjoy taking care of their customers. That is why I continue to return.
