Erwin was very committed to making sure that we got the exact vehicle we wanted. A manager, sorry I forgot your name, made sure we were happy with the payments and negotiated with us to get extra things we wanted. Finance person made sure to explain everything we had questions about. Returned four days later to pick up some accessories we purchased, Erwin helped me with questions about the remote.
