The sales team makes a convincing argument that they cannot adjust how much they sell a car for or buy a car from. When I told them the price they were offering for my trade was a little low, they ensured me they would not be able to resell my trade for more than “x” dollars, so they simply couldn’t not increase the trade amount. I was honestly surprised a few weeks later when I saw my trade in the website for a few thousands more than the price they said they couldn’t go over. There’s a general lack of communication between employees and departments, and it’s hard to get a call back. I have found Terrell in the service department to be very helpful, as was the receptionist who answered the phone and directs calls. I had to jump through hoops and make extra trips to get something from the service department that I was promised when I purchased my vehicle, this was due to the sales staff dropping the ball. I’ve been happy with my vehicle tho and feel like it was worth it in the long run. However if you’re looking for someone you can absolutely trust I would look elsewhere.
