Silverado Purchase from Serra Bartlett

This is the third vehicle I purchased from Serra. The salesman was incorrect in some thing he told me that influenced my decision so it created a tense moment at the finance desk. I was happy that he went the extra mile to make good on what he told me. It speaks to his character and professionalism. My wife and I left the dealership very happy with the purchase and would recommend him to any one.
