Burns Chevrolet

Wish I could give zero stars... feel like I need to warn people about Burns Cadillac. Leased a new XT6 from them as they convinced me to trade in my '21 XT6 one month early with a promise to resolve the final month on my previous lease. Me leasing the car from them and leaving that day with it was contingent on that condition... that my final payment goes away. They did not honor that commitment nor will they respond to repeated calls, texts and emails attempting to remedy. Also worth noting, they originally quoted me a price of over $1100 dollars per month. They quickly matched a quote of $825/month that I had gotten at South Charlotte but were clearly attempting to gouge a repeat customer. Stay far away. I am going to have to go there in person and it's all so frustrating. Previous experience with Cadillac was first class but stay away from Burns!
