They absolutely are a great dealership

I’ve been a customer here for a while. Always treated with respect and courtesy no matter who I encounter. Several weeks ago an honest accident was caused by service to my vehicle. Immediately I was assured the JHT would get it absolutely right. Through the several week process that was absolutely the case. Fil the store manager, Tom the salesman, Mr Hartgraves the service manager and many other professionals in various departments that I can’t remember names of all pitched in and made the situation more than right! I’m thankful for this dealership and forever a customer. Pate C.
