Mostly Met My Expectations

Did a 90k scheduled maintenance plus key Fob repair/replace. Online scheduling did not allow me to add the key fob so I did that by phone. Work was done on time except for the key Fob - they did not have one in stock despite knowing they needed one; so now I need to wait two weeks and make another trip.

I waited three weeks and never heard about new FOBs coming in so I called. The person I spoke with put me hold and checked - then said it does not look like any came in but she would follow-up and let me know for sure. That was a week ago...no call back ever came. The number for the General Manager in the response to my original comment was just the regular switchboard number and there is no option in the menu for contacting the GM
