AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Hilton Head

I am not one to usually leave reviews but, my experience was so wonderful with this company that I just had to share! As I imagine many people know, buying a car can be a stressful experience. You can feel the pressure to buy something you many not even want and it can feel overwhelming at times with all the choices you are presented with. I was recently in a car accident about a month ago and all the paramedics and police said my little gray jeep renegade saved my life, and protected me exactly as she was supposed to. Unfortunately, my little renegade ddid not survive the crash and had to be towed away. She was my first car, and to me irreplaceable. When I bought her I was living with my dad in SC and he helped me through the entire car buying process and made things really fun and easy. But now I live in FL and aside from being a little scared to drive again, buying a new car and trying to replace my old one without my dad was very daunting to me. Quite frankly I wasn't sure where to start but, I knew I definitely wanted another Jeep Renegade. I tried to look at another dealership down here in FL and had an awful experience to say the least, I left that dealership in tears. After that experience, I was terrified to step foot into any other dealership at the risk of receiving the same treatment. Plus I was still recovering from the accident. So I stayed within the comfort of my own home and looked online for cars that might be good for me. I couldn't find anything in my area. I called my dad for guidance. He didn't see any Jeep Renegades at the dealership where I bought my first Renegade but, my sister had purchased a car from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Hilton Head and had a wonderful experience. So I looked on their website and came across a beautiful yellow jeep renegade! I was absolutely in love, plus I always dreamed of having a yellow car so that was a bonus! For the first time since the accident I actually felt excited to drive again! The only problem was the dealership was in SC and I live in FL now. Luckily my dad still lives in Hilton Head, SC so I sent the car to him and called him to get his thoughts. His first reaction was "Yup, that looks like you, just like sunshine"When my sister bought her car she worked with Mike so I was hoping to work with him. After reaching out to the manager Scott, I found out Mike was on vacation. I was nervous to work with a new person that my family didn't know but, my dad assured me to stay positive. Due to my recovery, I couldn't drive that far to go and look at the car in person, so my dad was able to test drive the car instead. He met Jimmy & Tim, who are both nothing less than AMAZING! They showed the car to my dad and were very accommodating! My dad called me after the test drive raving about Jimmy, Scott and Tim and saying how nice they all were. I was overjoyed to hear that and with such amazing service, my dad and I were eager to proceed with the car buying process. Tim, Jimmy & Scott were all so understanding & empathetic about my accident and truly made the process a breeze! They all worked with me to ensure that they gave me the best experience possible! I worked most closely with Tim and he was awesome! Tim was always efficient with his responses, patient with me to answer all my questions and kind with his words. All 3 of them worked hard so I could have my dream yellow jeep renegade! So much so that, knowing that I was still recovering, they personally delivered my Jeep to me from SC to FL where I live today! Having bought a car that I had not seen in person, would be nerve-racking for anyone. But when she was delivered to me she couldn't have looked better! She literally looked like a ray of sunshine. She was clean, gased up and even had that new car smell! I was relieved that I found the perfect car for me and to have the keys in my hand felt amazing! I decided to name her Daisy : ) These guys absolutely blew me away and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a car I would 100 out of 10 highly recommend any of these guys! My dad is not easily impressed by people however, he was also extremely impressed & pleased with their high-level customer service and attention to detail! Thank you Tim for all of your hard work, kindness and guidance through this process! Thank you Jimmy & Scott for your empathy, kindness and efficiency to help me purchase my dream car! And for choosing Tim as my sales consultant! I am going to recommend all my family & friends who are looking for a new car to this dealership. And can rest easy knowing that if I ever wanted to buy a new car I have my new Autonation Hilton Head family to look to, to help me! Thank you again Tim, Scott & Jimmy!
