Our sales person Kristin was extremely professional and knowledgable. It was unfortunate that the pre owned exotic car we bought that no one could assist us with questions we had about gettin it serviced. Also the sales team had not reviewed the key fobs to check for new batteries. Ours ran out 5 days after the sale. Unknown to us revealed that one of the 2 fobs was defective and damaged. Auto Nation would not cover the replacement of $1300.
