We have always had good customer service experiences in the past. I would have given five stars but: Sam left us with the impression that he has a problem with black men and black people in general. Not one time did he address me or my wife by our name. He actually forgot that we were there. When I asked him a question, he would not respond to me, but would look at my wife. The detail person was very friendly and helpful in making sure that we were satisfied.
