Big thanks to SAM and Jim Hudson Lexus service department! I had a flat tire in my driveway and Sam drove out to help me in a loaner car, put on my spare, and drove my RX back to the Lexus dealership for service. Sam did this on his lunch hour. This dealership goes above and beyond!
