Jim Hudson Lexus

I was shopping around for a Lexus GX 460 luxury, and I saw a 2021 on the Jim Hudson Lexus website. I did a quick chat, and the next morning I spoke with Mark Wickham at the dealership. Mark was very helpful, so I went down the following day (a Wednesday) to look at the vehicle. Upon arriving, my wife and I were greeted by Mark, and he had a special VIP sign outside his office, welcoming us to the dealership. Mark welcome does and offered us something to drink after we had made a 2 1/2 hour ride from the upstate of South Carolina, which gesture was very kind. We looked over the vehicle, drove it, and then came back to discuss our thoughts of it. I told Mark that I would like to take a little time to think about the vehicle, and to make a decision if I were going to buy it or not. The next day, Mark followed up with me about the vehicle, and I told him of a few things that I would like him to take care of regarding the interior of the vehicle, having an issue with a headrest and the Lexus kick plates on the driver and passenger side when you open the door. Mark was able to take care of those issues, so we arranged to purchase the vehicle and pick it up on that Saturday. We drove down from the upstate of South Carolina, and when we arrived at the dealership, the car had been completely detailed the interior items corrected, and the vehicle was setting in the sales area with a large red bow on top of it. I had sent the documents needed for the sale to Mark earlier on Saturday morning, and by the time we had arrived, all the paperwork was complete, making the process, very smooth and easy to complete in a timely manner. This by far is the best new car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia to anyone. I know who may be in the market for new or used Lexus. I will specifically recommend Mark Wickham as he is a superior sales professional that makes you feel like a part of the Jim Hudson Lexus family. It is no wonder why Jim Hudson Lexus is the premiere Lexus dealership for customer service in the nation. If I’m ever in the market for another Lexus, I will definitely make that purchase from Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia South Carolina. What a great experience!
