The service dept at Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick is the best. It's the only place I take my car! AJ and the team are amazing and really go above and beyond what anyone would expect- they treat us like family, and it really is an amazing place. I tell everyone to buy Cadillacs just so they can experience the service dept hospitality (and I will never buy another brand of car).
