I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Pat greeted me as soon as I drove into the service area. He took my information asked if I had any questions and off I went to the waiting room. By 10am I was on my way home, oil change. tire rotation and car wash completed. Thanks Pat and crew!
