Dealt with service advisor Aron for a recall and some routine service on my Alfa Romeo. There was a pre-service phone call from Aron to gather all the details and I was given a specific appointment day/time. On the day of the service I received a reminder text and Aron and the team were ready for me and my vehicle at the appointed time. Aron reviewed the schedule of work with me, gave me an estimated price and set right to work on my car. The work was completed in a timely fashion (hours) at the specified price. I found the entire transaction to be polite and professional - would use Herb Chambers service again for any of my Alfa Romeo needs.
