Dealership Service Review

Bad Service

After dropping off my car, it displayed low tire pressure warnings, so I had my Cadillac serviced. During my last appointment to address the low tire pressure issue, the Cadillac technician informed me that I needed to replace all the tires due to low tread. Despite not being a car expert, I have never encountered a situation where I had to replace all tires after the car hit 36,000 miles. This experience has left me unsure about purchasing a Cadillac again.

Dealer Response
Thank you for sharing your feelings about the tire replacement recommendation. We strive for transparency and trust in our service, so it's concerning that this has left you feeling uncertain. There are various factors that can contribute to the speed at which tires wear and if you'd like to discuss this or have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thank you, Neil Ferreira - General Manager - nferreira@herbchambers.com
