Car that I wanted was available. Initial contact in response to an on-line inquiry was quick and positive. Didn't take long to arrange for the in-person purchase and trade-in at a reasonable price. Salesperson (Larry) was friendly and treated me as a valued customer. Felt like a win-win transaction.
