Spitzer Toyota Monroeville
Dealership Service Review
I got my car inspected on the last day of the month and following a holiday, so you know they were busy! I arrived a little earlier than 7:30 with my return ride to take me to the busway so I would not be late for work. I knocked on the door and the service agent took my keys and instructed me to leave my registration and proof of insurance on the front seat. I thanked him and left. Upon my return I paid for my inspection and got into the car. Just as I was about to drive off I realized I did not see my registration and insurance card. I returned to the service desk of the dealership and a couple of employees proceeded to look for my information. They called employees who had left for the day, they looked everywhere and even checked the trash bin. Finally, one of the agents asked for my car keys to see if it slide between my seats and located both cards on my seat "under" my tote bags. I apologized and thanked them profusely. I applauded them for going "above and beyond" to provide "Superior Customer Service!" They had been looking for a good 10 -1 5 minutes. After which, they continued to be a professional, polite and even laughed about it. If you had an "Extraordinary" rating, I would given that one.
