The right dealership, makes all the difference. I bought my used Rav 4 from another dealer, only to quickly discover that they put this car on there lot without really examining important details. The original dealer sent me to Spitzer because they did not have the appropriate equipment to help me. So, after another delay, I arrived at Spitzer with a hopeful feeling that they could help me with my problem. And that is when I met Deana Hicks , my first contact with Spitzer. Friendly, sweet and extremely knowledgeable. She explained what Spitzer was going to do, relieved my worry and did all of this in a timely manner. I know I made a friend in Deana. Thank you Spitzer for a wonderful experience. I would like very much to bring my extended warranty and my Rav 4 to Spitzer for further check up’s. Becky Ajay
