onBeing a new toyota, my previous was a 2016 the service indicator came on so thinking it was time for my first oil change I made an appointment and took it in. Charles Carter was so thorough in explaining the service indications, such as 5000 miles bring in it just to have a general go over 10,000 for oil change on the newer cars. He even took the time to write it on my service papers because my mom took my car to this appointment and he was sure I would have this knowledge going forward. Compared to how my previous dealer changed after "changing names" buying this car and service was all an excellent pleasant experience
