onI have been a customer for over 20 years. Except for one brief rough patch in the early 2000s, service has been very good. I feel that the service department hears me when there are issues. I do not feel pressured to buy other services. My most recent experience with Mr. James Thomas was very pleasant and productive. He explained issues clearly. His smile is infectious.
