onJames was pleasant and friendly even though he was handling several situations. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. All of the areas of concern were addressed and I was told they would be taken care of. Deana was also friendly and efficient at the service counter and checking me out. I loved that my car got washed also, a special bonus.
