James at the service counter was a pleasant individual to work with when I needed a PA safety inspection. Most importantly, James did not push for unnecessary services. I routinely service my own vehicle so maintenance items are not in the Spitzer system. James understood that and did not insist on describing every service that I had already performed myself.
