Jeannine is the best service agent!

Jeannine is the best service manager I've ever had. She is always upfront and honest with me. She\ always called me when she said she would. She has been extremely friendly and always remembered personal details about my family and my daughter. Over the 10+ years that I have had my Rav4, I could have chosen to go to a closer Toyota Service center. I kept coming back to Spitzer because of Jeanine.
