Spitzer Toyota Monroeville

First off, my family & I were greeted as we walked into the dealership. The guy that helped us, named Fred, was awesome. He took some time to listen to what I wanted and was very informative. He was also very personable so he was able to make a generally stressful expwrience into a relaxing, enjoyable experience. No pressure here! They worked with me and my budget to get me into the car I wanted. All in all it was a great experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I got a call on my way home telling me I forgot my garage door opener in my trade-in. Great experience. I will definitely recommend Spitzer to anyone.
