Kenny, Erika, management, and everybody that I encountered at Spitzer were wonderful from beginning to end. It was incredibly easy to communicate with all of them when I needed quick answers. And I had a lot of questions. Erika helped educate me about the cars I was interested in and gave me fair pricing from the start. Kenny was knowledgeable during the test drive and helped to close the deal. The sales and finance managers were so friendly and assisted in expediting the process. I wanted to miss a limited amount of work, so they ensured that the car and paperwork were ready within hours so I could buy the car during my lunch break. Kenny even helped me get my rental car back to the closest location, which was about 30 minutes away. Honestly, this was my best car buying experience ever, hands down.
