The people!! Everyone was terrific. When I first spoke to Matt Fuller I told him I really wanted to stay with the RAV4, but was concerned as I heard the new model width had increased and worried it would not fit in my garage. Matt brought one over to test. I was sold. This is my third RAV4! Matt was great and I feel went above and beyond!
