I shopped at Spitzer at the recommendation of employee Ed Swatsworth. I am glad that I did. I had a very negative experience at the dealership about 5 years ago and was hesitant to go back. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgable. She demonstrated that she wanted my business without being overly pushy.
