Brian Flaherty TRULY listened and HEARD what I wanted & I got EXACTLY what I asked. A truly a POSITIVE experience. I live near Gbg Toyota but heard of Spitzers reputation & they exceeded my expectations. Ralph the finance man TOO, was very helpful & explained clearly everything. Introduced to service dept mgmr & a top notch young man.
