Friendly sales staff. Knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions easily. The car I wanted (without a moon roof) did not exist at Spitzer, so they moved very quickly to get it from another dealer. I visited on Saturday, and the car was there on Monday. I picked it up Monday evening.
