Last week, James Thomas did a great job of checking in my car to get the annual inspection stickers. Some maintenance services were overdue and James did a great job of explaining what each one was, including photos/video of the underside of my car. He was both friendly and professional. When he showed me the actual air filter which they recommended be changed (which was filthy, being the original from 8 years ago), I commented that for sure I wanted that changed, because I was concerned about my lung health. James was very upfront to explain that this was the engine filter, and that the cabin air filter is what cleans the inside air, and he said they checked and it was still good (it had been replaced at a previous service visit). James Thomas made me feel good about this experience, and I will definitely return to Spitzer for future maintenance & service - he's a professional with a kind and caring personality.
